Chinese Artist, Hua Wang has been selected as Judge by 2019 HIYFF

Chinese Artist, Mr Hua Wang has been selected as Jury Judge of 2019 Hollywood International Youth Film Festival and His Artwork has been Collected by the City of El Mote.

In the July 21, 2019,  the Launching Ceremony of 2019 Hollywood International Youth Film Festival is held in Los Angeles. Directors, producers, and film stars from Hollywood and other countries attended the event. 2019 Hollywood International Youth Film Festival will be held at the end of this year. The contents include opening ceremony, award presenting banquet, International films exhibitions, symposium, and Hollywood starmaking plans, and promotion of international new films.

The opening ceremony will present wonderful programs by artists from Hollywood and other countries. As usual, the organizers of the ceremony will be hosted by American Hollywood Film Academy and American Film Society. The twenty awards include the best screenwriter, the best producer, the best director, the Best Live Action Film, the Best(Leading)Actor and actress, the Best Supporting Actor and actress, etc. Last year, more than 580 films  joined International films exhibition, it is estimated that there will be more films joining this year’s exhibition. Most films will be from China and other countries.

Chris Nebe is Vice Chairman of Hollywood Film Society, and Chairman of Jury Committee of 2019 Hollywood International Youth Film Festival. He is well-known director. His films have won more than 60 awards. The People’s Daily published a full version to introduce him. He has produced “Mysterious China “ documentary series which includes 21 documentaries in China. One of these documentaries is well-known “Diaoyu Island”. These films are broadcasting and screening widely in American universities, TV stations and websites. On behalf of the organizing committee of the 2019 Hollywood International Film festival, Chris Nebe presented jury certificates to Ben-Her Sepehr, Brian Connors,  Hugo Will、Milidzhan Gevorkyan、Kostiantyn Sukhonosov、Andrii Korotun、Steve Jacques、Gennadii Omelianiuk、Bulet Rush、Magi Avila、Vivi Lin、Nicolas Coster，Chinese well-known writer -Fuzhang Qian, Chinese young writer-Yu Dong, Screenwriter-Chenyu Feng， Chinese artist-Hua Wang, and judge of Beijing International Film Festival and Chinese College Students’ Festival, Prof Wei Ma.

Chinese Artist, Hua Wang has been selected as young Judge of the Art Committee by 2019 Hollywood International Youth Film Festival. He made some very important suggestions on Chinese films from the point of art. He is a folklore artist, an inheritor of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage. His personal art show was held in Los Angeles last year. He has been awarded honorary certificates by Mayor and council members of Los Angeles County and Walnut City. He had also been granted as “An Inheritor of Chinese Intangible Cultural Heritage”. He is also a member of Professional Committee of Chinese Folk Art Association of Chinese Cultural Department.

Mr Huang Wang’s articles and papers have been published by academic journals. His article “on the Educational Inheritance of Folk Paper Cut Art” is published by Chi Zi(March, 2019). This article has been awarded as excellent paper by the expert committee of this journal and presented him a certificate.

His article “On the Inheritance and Art Characteristics of Paper Cut Culture” has been published by Science and Technology(February, 2019). This article has won the 1st prize of National Paper Writing Competition and certificate. His article “Talking about Inheritance and Development of Paper Cut Art” is published by Oriental Collection (September, 2018). The article has won the 1st prize of National Paper Writing Competition and certificate.

Mr Hua Wang’s Artwork is Collected by the City of El Monte.

Jerry Velasco, Vice mayor of El Monte City delivered a speech and presented honorary certificates to the organizers of the 2019 Hollywood International Youth Film Festival. Jerry Velasco is well known Hollywood actor. He had also been appointed as a judge of this year’s Youth Film Festival. Mr Hua Wang has been invited to visit the City of El Monte. Jerry Velasco, Vice mayor, city manager, and city chief police officer met Mr Hua Wang. He presented his artwork “Lucky Pigs” to the city for collection.
